Data Processing Addendum.

Depending on the processing activity, Jarvan may act as a data controller for the management of its service or as a processor when a customer uses Jarvan to process campaign and advertising account data on its own behalf.

Processing relates to providing the Jarvan service: campaign generation, Google Ads connection, campaign creation and tracking, monitoring, support, billing, security, and technical logging.

Data may include account identifiers, business email addresses, chat messages, campaign information, connection tokens, Google Ads performance data, optimization events, billing data, and technical logs.

The main technical sub-processors are Supabase, OpenAI, Google, Stripe, and the hosting and observability providers necessary for the service.
