Jarvan applies the principles of transparency, minimization, security, and user control required by the GDPR.

Exercising your rights

Requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent can be sent to [email protected]. The request must allow Jarvan to identify the account concerned.

Response times

Jarvan responds to privacy rights requests within the timeframes provided by the GDPR, subject to identity verification and the complexity of the request.

Security and minimization

Jarvan limits processed data to what is necessary for the service, protects Google Ads tokens, separates privileged server access, and retains data only for defined purposes.

Complaints

If a user believes their rights are not being respected, they may file a complaint with the CNIL.
