Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, hold the necessary rights over connected Google Ads accounts, and use Jarvan in accordance with Google Ads rules, applicable laws, and third-party rights.

Users remain responsible for the legality of the offers, audiences, budgets, website content, keywords, ads, and campaign data provided or approved in Jarvan.

Jarvan assists with campaign creation and optimization, but does not guarantee ad approval, conversion volume, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, or the availability of third-party platforms.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are managed from the Jarvan billing area or the Stripe portal.

Jarvan may suspend access in cases of abuse, non-payment, security risk, advertising policy violations, or activity likely to harm users, the service, or third-party advertising accounts.

Unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, these terms are governed by French law.
